Crossroads Assessment™

A 5-Minute Diagnostic For Men Before They Make A Decision That Changes Everything

At some point, many successful men arrive at a crossroads.

From the outside, life looks fine.

The career is working.
The responsibilities are being handled.
The bills are paid.

Yet something feels off.
You feel stretched thin. Restless. Disconnected. Unsure.

When your bandwidth is maxed out, every decision starts to feel urgent.

Even the ones that shouldn't be.

The greatest risk isn't making the wrong decision.

It's making a permanent decision from a depleted state.

Successful men rarely wake up one day and decide to blow up their lives.

They slowly lose the bandwidth to see clearly.

Most men at a crossroads don't need another strategy. They need enough bandwidth to see clearly before making decisions that can't easily be undone.

This assessment will help you determine whether you're facing a problem that needs solving, or a bandwidth deficit that's changing how you see the problem.

Why I Created It

A few years ago, I worked with a highly successful man who found himself standing at a crossroads. From the outside, he appeared to have everything under control. A successful career, a family, responsibilities that were being handled, but privately, he was exhausted.

He felt trapped between two lives. One represented familiarity, history, and obligation.
The other represented freedom, possibility, and the promise of something different.

The pressure to decide was becoming unbearable. Every day felt urgent. Every conversation felt loaded. Every option felt like the wrong option. He believed his problem was that he needed to make a decision. What became clear as we worked together was that his real problem wasn't the decision. It was the state from which he was trying to make it.

He wasn't thinking clearly because he had no bandwidth left. His mind was running worst-case scenarios. His emotions were driving urgency. His exhaustion was distorting his perspective.

So we didn't start with strategy. We started by reducing the noise.

As his bandwidth returned, the urgency disappeared, and not because the situation changed. It was because his ability to see it changed. For the first time in a long time, he could separate what he genuinely wanted from what he was reacting to. The decision that had felt impossible became obvious.

Today, he's living a life that feels aligned with who he is and what he truly wants. Not because someone told him what decision to make, but because he finally had enough clarity to make it for himself.

It Only Takes Five Minutes

The purpose of this assessment is to help you determine whether you're seeing your situation clearly, or whether a bandwidth deficit is making every decision feel more urgent than it really is.
