Stay or Go Assessment™
The hardest question isn't always whether to stay or go.
Sometimes it's:
What am I actually staying for?
When you're caught between staying and leaving, the same questions can circle endlessly.
You think about what you've invested.
What you might lose. Who might be hurt.
What might happen if you leave.
And what might happen if you don't.
Eventually, it becomes difficult to separate what you want from what you fear.
When every option feels difficult.
You can spend months, sometimes years, asking yourself the same question.
Should I stay, or should I go?
But making a decision while you're overwhelmed, frightened, exhausted or under pressure can make an already difficult situation feel impossible.
The first step isn't necessarily making a decision.
It's understanding what's keeping you stuck.
Why I Created It
I've seen how people can become trapped between two futures.
One represents everything familiar. The other represents everything unknown.
And sometimes the greatest difficulty isn't choosing between them. It's being able to see either one clearly.
My work as The Crisis Navigator™ is grounded in one principle:
Pressure changes perception before it changes decisions.
This assessment won't tell you whether to stay or go.
And that's deliberate.
Its purpose is to help you examine your situation, recognise what may be influencing your thinking, and begin distinguishing between your reasons for staying, your reasons for leaving, and the fears surrounding both.
No judgement. No pressure. No one making the decision for you.
Because whatever comes next, the decision needs to be yours.
The Assessment creates an opportunity to examine the conditions surrounding one of life's most difficult questions before taking the next step.
Your Next Step Starts With Some Clarity.
You don't have to decide everything today.
Take some time to explore what you're feeling, what you're thinking, and what might be influencing both.
