About Annie Boon
I am a Crisis Navigator™, speaker, and founder of transformative spaces for people navigating betrayal, abuse, emotional collapse, and profound life change.
I work with people when life fractures and clarity feels impossible. My gift is not urgency or answers, but presence. With a rare capacity to remain calm inside chaos, I hold emotional complexity without flinching and guide you back to stability, self-trust, and grounded decision-making.
I don’t fix, rescue, or direct. I create the conditions where clarity emerges and you reconnect with your own inner authority. With a grounded, compassionate presence and a wicked sense of humour, my mission is to bring lightness into heavy spaces while telling the truth. My no-bullshit approach meets you exactly where you are, helping you become the calm in your own storm.
Drawing from lived experience and years of working in high-stakes emotional crises, I blend deep emotional intelligence with steady leadership, while being fiercely private and deeply respectful. I am the creator of the NAVIGATE Method™ and the founder of HUSH Festival™.
I don’t save people. I walk beside them until they remember they were never powerless.
WHY I AM A CRISIS NAVIGATOR™
I was the only woman in my country flying aerobatic aircraft and leading formation displays.
I lived my life in the sky; disciplined, focused, precise, navigating storms, pressure, and risk with absolute clarity.
And then my personal life blew apart.
One person tried to destroy my reputation, my mind, and my soul.
The psychological turbulence was more violent than any storm I’d ever flown through.
And while I was fighting my way back, I started to see the pattern:
In aviation, we train for emergencies.
In relationships, we don’t.
I realised that the same principles that keep a pilot alive (orientation, assessment, precision, boundaries, navigation) were the exact same principles needed to survive emotional chaos, manipulation, infidelity, and power imbalance.
My life became the bridge.
I rebuilt myself the same way you rebuild a flight plan: with clarity, discipline, and absolute responsibility.
And that’s when high-level individuals began reaching out: pilots, captains, crew, private aviation clients, and senior executives.
All of them struggling with affairs, secrecy, boundary breaches, or emotional disorientation.
No therapy. No HR. No gossip.
They needed someone who understood the culture, the stakes, and the psychology.
So I built something new. Something elite. Something discreet.
Something that merges navigation principles with emotional sovereignty.
The NAVIGATE Method™ is a high-performance system for navigating emotional storms, relationship crises, and power dynamics with the same clarity required to command an aircraft, a vessel, or an enterprise.
I didn’t choose this work. The storm chose me.
And I chose to fly through it, so I can guide others with unshakeable precision.
What I Do
I help people:
regulate when their nervous system is overloaded.
slow things down enough to see what’s actually happening.
make clear, grounded decisions during emotionally charged moments.
Some come to me in acute crisis.
Some are quietly unraveling while still “functioning.”
Some know something isn’t right, but can’t yet name it.
There’s no single story that brings people here.
There is a shared need for calm, clarity, and steady guidance.
How I Work
My approach is grounded, practical, and deeply respectful.
I don’t rush people.
I don’t dramatise pain.
And I don’t tell anyone what they should do.
The way I work is to:
create safety and stability first.
help untangle confusion without overwhelm.
guide people to reconnect with their own judgement and inner authority.
The goal is not dependence.
The goal is self-trust.
Who This Is For
My work is for people who:
are navigating emotional upheaval, relationship breakdown, or major life changes.
feel overwhelmed, frozen, or stuck in indecision.
want clarity without pressure.
value discretion, privacy, and grounded support.
You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis or a label.
You just need to be willing to take one steady step.
A Note On Trust
Much of my work happens quietly, privately, and outside of public view.
I hold space for conversations that are complex, charged, and often difficult to speak out loud.
That requires care, confidentiality, and deep respect.
If you’re here, it’s likely because something in you recognised that tone.
If you’re not sure where to start, that’s okay.
You don’t have to carry everything alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out today.
When you’re ready, I’m here.

Oh yeah, I’ve also done some really cool shit in my life. Apart from once being a helicopter, fixed wing and aerobatic pilot in my spare time, in 2008 I became the first woman in South Africa to lead an aerobatic formation display, and was awarded the silver medal as Team Manager at the 2010 World Aerobatic Championships. I have been awarded South African colours for my work with various teams, as well as my Gold Wings for continued service in aviation for over a decade.
