  • • Your 30 days of MY 5 Minutes starts immediately with a Welcome audio and guides you each day with an audio session that’s easy to listen to, and quick to work on.

  • • In addition to your audio lessons, you’ll also receive downloadable journal worksheets to assist you during the 30 days of MY 5 Minutes.

  • Since MY 5 Minutes is a self-study audio series, I will be sending you an email each day as the next audio session opens up for you. This way you can pace yourself and focus on the topic of the day, without feeling the need to jump ahead.
