is a live, practical workshop designed to help you steady yourself when everything feels like it’s falling apart, emotionally, mentally, and psychologically.
This is not therapy.
It’s nervous-system first aid.
As a Crisis Navigator™, I work with people when life fractures and calm feels impossible, helping them steady themselves and regain clarity in the middle of the storm.
I’ll show you how to interrupt panic, regulate your nervous system, and regain clarity in real time, even when your brain is freaking out and your world feels unstable.
No spiritual bypassing.
No pretending everything is fine.
No “good vibes only” bullshit.
You won’t be asked to relive trauma.
You won’t be fixed, analysed, or “healed”.
You’ll be supported, grounded, and given tools you can actually use.

This is a short, contained Telegram group where we practise staying calm in real life, together.
For five days (Monday to Friday) after the workshop, I’ll guide the group with:
A short grounding voice note each morning.
A gentle check-in at the end of the day.
Space for questions and shared experience in between.
This isn’t a therapeutic process.
It’s not coaching.
And it’s not about being “on” all day.
It’s about practising steadiness, building confidence with the tools, and staying connected while things settle.
